Great location near Reeperbahn. My room, a Single Room with Shared Bathroom, had everything I needed. The breakfast offered a nice variety, even though it wasn't included in the price. I loved that the check-in was smooth. my room was ready earlier than the official time. Some downsides included the shared bathroom arrangement, which was okay but not ideal, and my room felt a bit cramped with limited space. On the plus side, the staff were welcoming from the start—a beer upon arrival is a nice touch! Just be prepared for some noise at night due to the street life. All in all, a pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.

The reasons I’m conflicted
Centrally located with excellent access to public transport, the rooms are tastefully furnished and cozy. The staff radiates a friendly vibe, making you feel welcome right away! !
Be prepared for some loud street noise, especially during the weekends, which might disrupt your sleep if you're not used to party district sounds.

The walls in the room need a makeover!!! Had a frustrating incident with a broken lamp and unclear communication among managers!!!

The so-called deluxe double room ended up being cramped with three bunk beds, making it uncomfortable for anyone seeking privacy. Noise levels peaked around 3 a.m., mostly from other guests and not external sources, which disrupted sleep. A musty odor lingered in the bathroom, and a beeping alarm in the hallway added to the racket during the night.

The family room offered efficient space for five, with clean and comfortable bedding. A notable highlight was the warm pastries served at breakfast, which added a lovely touch to the dining experience. However, occasional street noise might disrupt sleep, especially on weekends, and the shared bathroom arrangements could feel cramped at times. Communication with the staff was seamless, adding to a generally pleasant atmosphere.

Oh, you have to try the delicious offerings from Steak & Fish House just a hop away—best meal I had! The open buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a huge variety of options. Plus, the staff were super helpful, ensuring my stay hit all the tasty notes.
Pretty loud outside—the music was blaring over the weekend, but they provide earplugs if you wanna catch some Z's. This place shines in the heart of the party district, so just know what you're signing up for!

The location can't be beaten, close to so many cool bars and the nightlife scene. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything. We loved heading to the nearby park and checking out the local food scene. Clean and comfy!
However, we found the breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price, and we expected a wider variety. It could be better elsewhere for the same cost.

cozy stay with friendly service but expect some street noise
The small double room I stayed in was wonderfully cozy and provided great heating, which made the winter chill bearable. I really appreciated the modern shower that felt luxurious after a long day exploring. The staff were genuinely helpful and always greeted me with a smile, making my stay feel even more welcoming. Just like other guests mentioned, the lounge area radiated a warm atmosphere that made it the perfect spot to unwind after my adventures.
Be prepared for some street noise throughout the night, especially on weekends.
